Today’s Salute the Troops award winner is Army Specialist Shawn Burto. Shawn has served in Iraq for the US Army in Operation Iraqi Freedom and has received 2 metals of achievement for his services. Shawn and his family live in Pittsfield, NH and are great Patriots fans.

Today’s Salute the Troops award winner is Sergeant Andrew Gordon. Andrew recently served in Iraq in 2007 and 2008 as an M1 Abrams tanker in the 3rd Infantry Division. During his tour, Andrew was decorated for bravery in action during a month-long engagement in Sadr City and is schedule to return for another tour in late October. Andrew and his family live in Westerly, RI and love the Patriots.
